Farewell to Doozies

I love the small-town charm of a local ice cream joint (Tony's anyone???) and our town has it's own little gem, Doozies. The second best day of every year is the day Doozies opens for the season (the first best day of the year is the "First day of Summer"). The worst day of the year is the day Doozies closes for the winter. We try to cram as much ice cream as we can during their closing weekend. Why not since everything is 1/2 off?

For some reason this is how Kyler eats his ice cream cones: from the bottom up. He has some pretty odd eating antics like: eating a hole in his slice of bread and butter, taking apart his Oreos and smearing the double stuff all over the place then eating the cookie ends, etc.

Corbin thoroughly enjoying his last "cone in a cup" of the year. See ya next year Doozies! We'll miss you (and your pineapple Dolewhips... and cappuccino shakes... and Reese's sundaes... and twist cones... the list could go on and on...).

About Me

To make a long fairy-tale story short: We met while teenagers, both ended up attending college at BYU, we dated "seriously" (or not...) and were married in 2000. We now have the three cutest little boys in the world, well, 4 counting the dog.
