Guess who's 4!

Here are our 3 little monkeys. It's amazing to think that we have these 3 little monkeys, and even more incredible is that our "Oreo" is turning 4! We call him our Oreo, because he's "the best part of the Oreo... the sweet middle."

Aunt Missy, cousin Stella, and Grandma Waite flew in for the birthday weekend fun. The boys had a blast playing with "a girl." Poor Stella was exhausted from her non-stop cousins dragging her around all weekend. Hopefully we didn't scare her off permanently:)

The boys loved chasing her around the trampoline trying to get her to giggle... which she didn't have any trouble with:)

Guess what kind of birthday party Kyler wanted... yup... Spiderman. We LOVE Spiderman around here. He was even lucky enough to get a new Spiderman costume for his birthday since his old one was pretty much a shredded/ripped mess. He invited his friends for a Superhero party.

Kyler didn't like all of the attention that comes with the whole birthday cake candle-blowing. Not the greatest picture, but I had to quickly get a picture of his pout face.

Kyler is now 4 and is a terrific big brother to Dax. He can always make his little brother smile and giggle. Kyler also likes to play in the sandbox, jump and do flips on the trampoline, go for "dirt bike walks" (he "walks" his pedal-less bike all over the place!), ride the dirt trails on his bike, and use any excuse possible to turn the hose on. He also loves to color (he actually does a good job staying in the lines for a little guy) and read books. He is our little music man, too. He's always singing or humming a song (his favorite song is "Jesus Wants me for a Sunbeam"). Kyler absolutely LOVES spaghetti and will eat pretty much anything except eggs (go figure, with 3 chickens around he's sick of his parents trying to get him to eat the "hen fruit").  We sure love you, Bubba, and are proud of the little man you're turning into!  Happy Birthday to the bestest little BUBBA!

About Me

To make a long fairy-tale story short: We met while teenagers, both ended up attending college at BYU, we dated "seriously" (or not...) and were married in 2000. We now have the three cutest little boys in the world, well, 4 counting the dog.
